Using your Orders List

Last Updated: Jan 26, 2017 10:55AM SAST
You've seen your guest list but would like to dig deeper and see all of the confirmed and attempted bookings for your event. Use your Orders List to see all of the paid and unpaid bookings and take action, such a resending or cancelling tickets, to help your ticket buyers and manage your guest list.

Go to your event dashboard

Start by logging into your Quicket account and going to My Events, then click Manage next to the event.

From the left-side menu of your event dashboard, go to Guests and then Orders List.

Order management

In your orders management dashboard, you'll see a list of all the paid and unpaid orders that have been processed or attempted. Note that you can only view 10 items per page; just scroll down to click through and view more orders.

Get orders created: Use this dropdown menu to see orders from any time, the last 24 hours, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days.

Payment status: Choose to see all orders, only paid orders, only unpaid orders or only EFT reserved orders. EFT reserved orders are provisionally booked where the ticket buyer has not yet paid but still has time to make their EFT payment before the booking is cancelled.

Search specific orders: If you know the reference number or email address of a specific order you're looking for, save time by using this search bar to find it.

Paid orders

To see the details of a paid order, click View details under Actions. Paid orders include EFT bookings that were confirmed by Quicket, successful card payments, free tickets, and complimentary tickets.

You'll see under the order number the payment method that was used if payment was required. For card payments, you'll see the platform that was used to collect payment, whether that was Quicket, PayFast or PayU.

In the order details box, there is a dropdown menu, Select, where you can choose different actions to take on the order.

Resend tickets: You'll be given the option to resend the tickets via email. If you send the tickets to a different email address other than the one it was booked under, just make sure it is the person who purchased the tickets that approves this. Note that all tickets in the order will be resent.

Edit attendee info: Edit the details of the tickets. Make sure you click Save at the bottom of the page, and then you can resend the tickets.

Print tickets: This will automatically download the tickets to your device or laptop in PDF format for you to print.

Change ticket types: Use this to change the ticket types in a purchase. Note that this does not take price differences into account, so if the ticket buyer owes money for an upgrade, you will need to work out payment with the ticket buyer directly.

Cancel tickets: Click here to cancel and refund tickets. Select which tickets you'd like to cancel and click Proceed.

If it is a paid ticket you are cancelling, you'll need to select who will pay the 10% refund fee - you (the organiser) or the ticket buyer. (See our refund policy in our terms and conditions here: http://www.quicket.co.za/terms-and-conditions.aspx)

Click Proceed and you'll see the details of the refund, then click Confirm cancellation to action the refund and cancel the selected tickets.

Note that for paid orders, you cannot cancel tickets without processing a refund. Once cancelled, these tickets will no longer appear in your guest list.

Unpaid orders

To see the details of an unpaid order, click View details under Actions. Unpaid orders include EFT bookings that were cancelled by Quicket due to non-payment as well as failed card payments. You'll see the payment method listed below the order number, and the ticket status will reflect as Invalid.

You will not be able to take any actions on unpaid orders, as these tickets are invalid.
